Thanks for taking the time to look us up!

Miranda North Community Church began meeting at Miranda North Public School in February 2007. The core group were all active members of St Luke’s Anglican Church at Miranda, who shared a desire to try taking church to a different part of our local area.

Starting a congregation in this location has brought us into contact with many of the Miranda North School Community and many of the School neighbours, which has been great. We set out with the aim of making church easily accessible to folks who aren’t currently church attenders – both physically, by bringing a church into their neighbourhood, but also in terms of the experience of church; a family focussed church with a great children’s program, the meeting itself kept very casual in style, food and drink served during church to provide a chance for people to meet each other over an informal chat. The feedback from visitors has been very positive, some of whom thought they’d come once to “check us out” and since that first visit they haven’t stopped coming, but have made MNCC their home.

If you’re new to the whole “church thing” we’d love to meet you on any Sunday morning at 10am.

Welcome to Miranda North Community Church!

Dan Bidwell, Pastor
